the biggest thing I have learned over the years is to be always aware of everything connected to you. your actions, your body, your food, water, your words, etc. Being aware while using the internet is also very important.

Never let anyone step over your boundaries, whoever it may be.

I’ve even found a .exe that tracks your mouse/keyboard usage when you didn’t use it for a while and came back to the PC.

Why does it matter when or how we use our computer in private?

edit: I forgot to mention; it’s not just microsoft. its everyone. you should only allow connections when you want to, just like real life.
